Once you choose to work with Trademark Roofing, your project will undergo a thorough review with our General Production Manager to ensure all details are correctly noted. This audit process typically takes 7 to 10 days, as we want to ensure no step is rushed. If any changes or recommendations arise, your Project Specialist will reach out to discuss them. Once everything is confirmed, your project will be assigned to one of our experienced Project Managers, who will be your main point of contact throughout the installation.

Your Project Manager will call to confirm details, explain what to expect each day, and answer any questions you may have. They’ll also provide your tentative start date. Please note that all start dates are subject to change, as weather conditions can impact scheduling. Arizona storms can appear unexpectedly, so flexibility is essential. Ensuring the safety of our team, your home, and your family is our top priority—safety is non-negotiable, and a safe project is always a successful one.

Roofing is a construction process, so some noise, dirt, and debris are inevitable. However, we take steps to minimize disruption and maintain a clean property. We use a variety of methods, such as covering pools, laying tarps to catch debris, and placing a dumpster on-site. Additionally, we conduct daily property checks and use a high-powered magnet to ensure the area around your home is as clean as possible.
